Our availability calendar is kept up to date as much as possible for the current year.  We advertise on other sites so bookings do come in via them and may not show up immediately on our own availability calendar as booked.

 

Please note, we will hold dates for 24 hours only by request from you and if a booking form and deposit are not received within 7 days of a request, the dates are made available again.

Booking Notes

 A £100 deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is payable one month before your visit. Payment methods accepted are direct bank transfer, over the bank counter payment or cheque.

 

Changeover Day 

We welcome guests all the year round! Flexible changeover day as long as there is availability.

 

Notes on prices

Short breaks from 2 nights upwards can be booked throughout the year priced from £160.

Payment 

Bank transfers and cheques are all accepted.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if cancelled at least 14 days before arrival date. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before arrival date.

 

Pets: Sorry we do not accept pets during your stay at The Old Coach House.

Smoking: The Old Coach House does not permit smoking inside the property. 

​

Arrival: The cottage will be available from 2pm onwards, unless otherwise arranged. 

Departure: Please be ready to leave the cottage by 11am, unless otherwise arranged. It is a condition of hire to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition.

Car Parking: Cars are parked at your own risk. We do not accept responsibility for any loss of or theft from a vehicle however it is caused.

Damage and incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
